These are guests Rosie and Gracie, both adopted from Lab Rescue. Rosie (black) started out pretty shy, but she is having a good time now! Post by Dogville Daycare & Boarding.
How Dogville Is Different
Consistency you can count on, respect & personalized care for every dog with daily updates, & a passion for working with dogs
Dogville Daycare & Boarding is owned and managed by a retired veterinarian with a passion for senior dogs and dogs with special needs. Dr. Delana Taylor McNac is a 1985 graduate of the Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She is also an Oklahoma Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in pet grief and loss counseling. Her work as a chaplain and Director of Spiritual Care for Hospice of Green Country in Tulsa, Oklahoma provided her with a profound understanding of the Human-Animal Bond in the lives of the elderly and the terminally ill. Her compassion for both pets and pet parents is a key part of our vision—to make Dogville a “second home” for our canine guests. Dr. McNac wants dogs and owners alike to experience dog day care and boarding at its best!
Consistency You Can Count On
We offer 24 hour round the clock care for boarding dogs at no extra charge. No need to worry about your dog being alone in an unfamiliar place overnight or on the weekend at Dogville. Staff members are on site and provide companionship and care to our canine guests, 7 days a week, 365 days a year during their stay at our dog daycare & boarding center. Staff members are trained in pet CPR and first aid and we have evacuation plans for dogs and humans in case of fire. We are located one mile from a state of the art animal emergency center in the unlikely event a dog has an accident or needs immediate care. When you can’t be there for your dog—we will be. Our pledge is to care for your dog the same way we care for our own.
Comfort Care for Dog Day Care and Boarding
At Dogville, we believe that personalized care makes a difference. That’s why we offer the option of Comfort Care (link for more info) for dogs with physical or medical challenges or other special needs. We know that loving a dog is a lifetime commitment and understand your dedication and devotion to their care. Our goal is to keep your pet comfortable, content and pain free during their stay with us for dog boarding or dog daycare, and to keep you updated on their condition and their daily routine so you can have peace of mind. We work with your veterinarian to provide the nursing care, medication, and exercise your dog needs while you are away.
We know that making our canine guests happy is only part of the equation. As much as we love dogs, we know they don’t pay the bills and they don’t tell other owners about their experience at Dogville. Our goal is to the best place for dog day care and boarding in Tulsa. That’s why we take the time to get to know your dog and to get to know you—our customer. We want Dogville to be a place where owners feel welcome and appreciated, every bit as much as their canine companions. If a problem arises, we will do all we can to make it right. While can can’t always be perfect, we can always do better. We want to continually improve on the experience for canines at our dog daycare center & dog boarding business.
