Here at Dogville, our goal is to provide top of the line love and care for your beloved fur-kids as well as outstanding customer service. We just can’t do that without your input. This year, we have partnered with a company called Broadly to send you a one question text or email after a visit to Dogville or Kitty City. The question is, “Would you recommend us?” If you answer yes, you will be given the chance to do a quick review on Google or Facebook if you so desire. If you answer no, we will be contacting you to find out what we needed to do differently or better. That’s it! We just wanted you to know we aren’t spamming you—we really want to know how we are doing. And, this year we also want you to get to know our staff. If someone you encountered during your visit was especially helpful, please mention them! We will be posting photos of our staff in the lobby so you can identify them by name and get to know them better.
